Is there anything you guys can see that I'm missing or screwing up.

It drives up prices and expectations from sellers for those of us that are out there actually looking to buy them, but more importantly it can really royally screw a distressed seller thinking they have their house sold in a tight situation and you don't perform. 

I just wanted to check out the plumbing to be sure I wasn't going to get screwed, but it sounds like I put the cart before the horse.

One day i will be looking toward selling my properties, and i do not want to be screwed by listing agents in a way agents i worked with screwed my sellers.  

Too many owners buy a rental and then screw it up by not screening applications or knowing how to deal with tenants that don't pay rent or water the lawn.

One of your future spouses will screw this up if one of you don't first.  

In that case, you can find lots of other frauds and scammers on BP screwing with peoples lives, their homes...possibly victimizing them!  

Some are quitclaiming and screwing up the title chain.

I feel your frustration, I recently had payment delayed because the post office screwed up delivery of the letter, they wouldn't accept an electronic copy of the signed contract, and the caseworker refused to communicate as to whether they needed additional paperwork.
