Today they responded with: "I can offer a $50k price reduction to the buyers in lieu of removing the underground oil tank or performing any other repairs.

I had one agent return my email stating she was interested and wanted more info, but no one else has responded.

My husband is amazed at all the helpful advice and now understands why I have spent a little time responding to a few other people's queries talking about what I have learned in my limited experience.
