@Denise Sanford Wouldn't be a bad idea to go on your home insurance website (not logged in of course) and request another quote maybe under a fake name and different address to get an idea

Go for a Certified Appraiser or one of the DFW Companies that specialize in protesting Tax Values.Suggest you start by requesting the Comparable Data used by County Tax Appraisers to set the value.

Does anyone use apps like cozy to collect rent, set up maintenance requests from tenants, and advertise their homes.

The time and effort and at times financial costs servicing the loan requests is not insignificant.

I have a few certificates on vacant/abandoned houses and as soon as I start maintaining the grass I start getting calls requesting to buy the property.

If you do something on their behalf or that was requested - I would make sure to get the request in writing as well as any response you offer in writing. 

Initial term was 5 year balloon and seller requested to extend deal another 7 years.I have recently extended again this time for another 12 years.
