A reputable one!

She currently resides in Oregon and is having a hard time locating someone reputable and available.  

Anyone here already doing this with them or through other reputable companies and what has been your experience, good & bad.....

The fact that they are a family business gives them great reputation.  

The more specialized an area, the smaller the group of experts, so it's not too difficult to get a reputation and meet others that know what they're doing.A lot of these commercial segments have meet ups in larger cities periodically too, you can met other professionals that way.Anyway, that's how you can start.  

The owner is out of state and wants out, badly.All units are rented and under a reputable property management firm.

Can anyone recommend any good reputable turnkey companies in West Memphis, Arkansas??

Did they come by reputable referral?

I also understand, from the great advice I've seen here on BP, that it is important for your reputation to only make offers on properties you intend to buy and have the ability to close on.  

I'd want to make sure they're reputable if you've never worked with them before.
