I can say for myself is that I would like the people who I come in contact with to know who they will be talking to, it puts the potential client at ease, to know they can see a pic of yourself...besides I think My SMILE is a gift, it brings warmth,& lots of times I get compliments from people who have had a bad day & say that they thought of my SMILE & it brought strength to them etc, so among other reasons that is why I post my pic.

It seems to be a well recognized group, however some people have mentioned that it is going through some pains due to a change in management.

The idea is that if you are acting in any way that may be perceived as an agent then you have a responsibility to take reasonable care of your client, even if they aren't your client.
