Is a feasibility study something I can put together with MLS and public data and submit to groups?

Real Estate Agents have easy access to public records to run comps, or comparables, to see what similar properties have sold for recently.

I bring together buyers/buyer repswith sellers/seller reps for properties not on public lists.I focus mostly but not exclusively in the NYC Metro area both buy & sellNear $1MM to $50MM, and selectively some larger commercial propertiesin CA, GA, FL, CT and NY tri-state.

some states its clear you cannot put a property into escrow and market it on public media to sell without owning it. 

This won't be the first or the last time a person on public assistance or receiving social security income requests a due date that coincides with when they receive their monthly benefit check.

. :)Quick ideas with "$0": Create Bandit signs (at your own discretion), Utilize BP marketplace (Plus & Pro Accts) to advertise you are looking for Cash Buyers in your area, Attend as many REIA or meetup groups in your area to build your network, "Drive for Dollars" and look for distressed and vacant properties & do some research in public records to mail the owners, search craigslist FSBO...

There are some additional concerns I would add to this; primarily that such clauses in many states are considered to be what is known as "unconscionable"; so against public policy that they are void on their face.

Public internet forums and blogs are NOT the place to learn real estate, you get ideas, but you're not learning real estate.
