I am making the transition from my first rental which is an ADU attached to the back of our property...into our "1st rental in the portfolio" which will be through my newly established LLC. 

While telling a friend about the business I created, he says he wants to throw in some of his own money as a passive investor in order to turn a profit on some cash laying around.  

I see a repeat of 2008 and a opportunity for Canadians to profit in the future due to our more stable financial positioning.

This would be most profitable as STR.I feel like my naysayers are being emotional and just looking at the upfront costs.I know sh*t always comes up after the fact, but I'm not afraid.

Hello all,I'd like to get the opinions of our investors on how you typically divide ownership/profits/etc. and the accompanying responsibilities each partner is responsible for.

I lived in it and decided to sell it a few years later and was able to make a profit.

Most AirBNB hosts manage their own property to keep costs down and their profits up but I do see (at least in our area) that some owners are gone during certain times of year and having someone local to do the day-to-day stuff helps.

You will find high single digit ROI but when you are ready to sell the property then thats where the profit will show itself.

YesAre your investors expecting profits?

I am in need of experience investor who is willing to work with me on this deal and possibly help with some of the cost, in exchange for percentage of the profit.
