But then those high demand times got booked even with those high prices, and during the shoulder seasons my calendar was full when competitors' were pretty empty.I've played with Wheelhouse and Beyond Pricing as well, but IMO PriceLabs has the best product in this space.It does have a bit of a learning curve, but I think it's worth investing a little time.

I just moved to Tampa so maybe it's too early to tell but I didn't find the networking as productive at the one event I attended.  

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

@Merritt Harris, while I know there is a general presumption that Loopnet is the place where deals go to die, I would say you can often find brokers in the area for your property type there.  

@Rebekah Bloom I can try to give you some advice but, could you elaborate on the types of 'crazy' fees?

It doesn’t matter what entity type you have or how many levels of LLCs you have, the lender is going to make you sign your name to that deed of trust that gets recorded.
