Up to what point would u.s. authorities investigate such origin of funds? 

I didn’t realize that that was the best way to go, but will certainly be looking to investigate those options on my next deal.

My very preliminary understanding is I will get better returns over the long term putting money into real estate than I’d likely get from the stock market (including the tax incentives, appreciation, etc.). 

Have them to investigate your payment hopefully you get a response and they should be able to tell if your payment has been cashed as well! 

Someone requesting seller financing with a very small down payment like this should throw up a red flag for you that is, at a minimum, worthy of much deeper investigation.

Tax rates on royalties can depend on your country’s tax laws and any applicable international treaties.I know, I know, there are many different “types of income”, not all my favorite, but I listed them to illustrate just how many income streams you can investigate and use to set you free.My core favorites fall under “Passive Income”.

When this is an adverse possession case, this requires a licensed private investigator to have identified all known heirs of a certain level and noticing them affirmatively in addition to publication.

We were investigating a cash-out refi for an out-of-state property and they were eager and had solid rates.

The economic make-up of the market the property is in is also worth investigating.
