Unfortunately, appraisers have a lot of power to delay purchases/sales - there's not much (if anything) we can do about expediting the process (or else everyone would be doing it).

only option is to terminate the lease with mutual agreement of each parties, and vacate the home in clean condition to get deposit back. also, even if he can't provide proof of financial / income , would that give landlord any legal power, in other way ,how it helps landlord to make current lease null and void ?
