Most of the areas near downtown are very popular right now and getting or are already very expensive.As for the jobs, I wish I believed that there was a tremendous engine for job growth in our city, but I don't see it.

Does anyone know what are some popular cities to live on the Oregon Coast? 

Some of the homes are far form the clubhouse and separate from the main resort so they are not as popular.
