I am also pivoting by investing more with others...groups which have daily resources dedicated to deal flow. 

It really seems pivotal to have a solid core team to work with.

I had to pivot and after 4 months, landed in San Antonio.

Seems like there are quite a few big players in the rental market there but time will tell in my first 2. 

Just think logically, many major league baseball players pay top $$ for their gloves and bats.
