Greetings, I am somewhat a newbie and plan on taking myself to the next level within real estate.

Save money, pay less taxes, spend it on real estate and the stock market. 

Has a unique garage that is open air, but  roofed and on the same slab as the  rest of the house. 

The only direct lender I know of that's willing to take a second position on a DSCR loan is Velocity Mortgage. https://www.velocitymortgage.com/The rates on these products are crazy though.  

I would like to have more information on how the mortgage notes work.

I posted on Furnished Finder to try to get some weekly renters, but no luck there. 

Although you'll be leasing your home to an operator I recommend doing some research on what an operator may be able to charge. 

The town should have that already on file too for when the permit was applied for.
