I was successful without a degree, but that piece of paper (up to 3 now), is more meaningful to me than any pile of money I could have ever earned.

They release a list of tax sale properties in the paper and online a month or so before the sale every year.

@Veronica Jimenez To be clear....are you talking about Actually buying the Lien, as in buying the debt/paper from the association in a private deal OR bidding at the hoa public Auction, where you are buying the Property, not the “lien”?

It would seem on paper that's a heck of a deal-a too good to be true deal!

I would get copies of the court papers in the eviction case to find out why the case was dismissed.
