I would also not allow these property managers to speak directly to the tenants, at this point YOU need to communicate and work out something for them to GET THE HELL OUT.

You should connect with a realtor and get access to the MLS.Real estate listings on zillow, trulia, realtor will not be as reliable as what is found on the MLS(or equivalent).Properties on the online sites may have already been sold.Furthermore, properties just recently listed on the MLS may not show up on the online sites until after a couple of days.
