When you see established folks say not to write an offer you can't close on, this is why.... 99 times in 100, the highest sales price will come from someone getting traditional bank financing, so if you want that, you gotta be able to actually close.

@Todd GoedekeQRP is a broad term that applies to all Qualified Employer Plans of which there are many: 401(k), Solo 401(K), Profit Sharing,  403(b), etc.There are a few folks aggressively marketing under the label "QRP" or "eQRP" to make it sound like they have created something unique and fancy.

From what I've seen, most folks seem to go with a combination of direct employees and outside specialists.I would ask the GC and maybe the architect for their thoughts.
