I have experience with fix-n-flips, public trustee auctions, residential sales, multi-family acquisition and management, and commercial analysis.  

BTW: I don't think that because a small business works from home, that they are somehow less professional than a traditional brick-n-mortar business.

Except for my first REO offer last week, I've offered solo for years.I use the standard realtor MLS forms for my state like Andy linked to above and just put N/A in all the agency references.I turn in the signed PSA with my earnest money to a title co to open escrow.
