There are multiple hard money lenders that attend the BWI REIA.The hardest part will be locating the properties that you can flip.  

And finally, in living in the this same community, i have recently learned that an empty lot across the street from the condo is becoming a 5-star hotel equipped with multiple restaurants.  

This is done purposely so that you do split your loyalty (and spread the risk) across multiple lenders.

The bank will likely (but you can never be 100% sure) call for "highest and best" in the event of multiple offers at full / near (+ or -) asking price.Tip: Good communication between REO realtor and listing agent/bank = CRITICAL!!

I agree if you can integrate another user friendly feature where you make the site an "all in one stop" for real estate then it incubates users from going multiple places and increases the value of your site.BP constantly growing!......

I guess there were multiple people interested in this property so my realtor thought we would have a better chance to get it if we offered cash.

With my construction experience, managing multiple projects is almost second nature.

They have to come back multiple times as the mud dries.  

They also work and multiple inspections is a burden for them.
