We partnered together so they could teach/mentor me as this person has so much experience and we had a private money lender to finance all the deals but no experience. 

I knew that I could still get several cash offers at 60k, but I wanted to pay it forward to the guy who took a chance on me and really mentored me while getting off the ground.

@Morgan BlueI think the best option for you right now is to find a mentor.

To be honest I tend to be kind of an anxious guy and was hoping I could get some insight into where I need to be looking for mentors, agents, investors, etc.

It’s important that you try and find a mentor to learn the ropes of the business.

I have a mentor who has found tremendous success from flipping,renting and investing down here.

Without mentors or a support system if something comes up or if they aren't able to make a meeting, then having a backup within the company is a huge plus.
