If you own a home in the same city and county, just look at your tax .For capex, think of the major items that will need to be replaced, and how often.  

I have tried searching online along with trying to talk with people that I see around job sites but have not had much luck.

Does anyone have any recommendations regarding an NJ specific online pre-licensing course that they have used?
