I want to have a main website for sellers with info about me and my business, and have 5 other squeeze page mini websites that would specifically target certain areas so they would be more relevant in the google search for those areas and specific seller (foreclosure, probate, divorce, etc...).

I would think that if you held it for a few months before renting it for a weekend, you'd be OK, it really would not be an investment property purchased with the intent of making a profit but you're limiting expenses of your second home.

This willl actually be a bit of a shift for me as everything I have purchased to date has been a buy/hold, a few I have flipped but didnt buy with the intention of doing that.

They simply will not write the loan and will force you to have the property off market for period of time.That said, a non-owner occupied lot loan with no real intention to build a primary or second home on the lot is going to be tough to find financing for.
