Purchase price: $299,000 Purchased as primary residence back in 2018 with no money in the deal.

Prices are quite a bit higher in Minnesota and landlord-tenant law is getting relatively unfriendly.

It has seen significant growth, especially with tech giants like Intel, Meta, Amazon, and Google setting up operations, driving up property prices and job opportunities.

I was anticipating not even being able to rent out these units, but I put one up for rent at a low price and after a week found some perspective tenants.
