If your not getting rejected 90%+ of the time on your offers then your either not making enough offers or their too high.

@Sophiep To If your lender has actually done a few 203k's they should have a couple of approved contractors, since it is They that have to approve them.

That is only good for a 1 to 4 unit property. 7 units would require a loan from a commercial or portfolio lender.
