As for the impending vacancies/late rents - we invest in C class multifamily which is supported to some degree by section 8 payments, in the near term these guaranteed payments will be helpful.

Good afternoon all, I'm currently in contract on a reo held by hud.

I also became a REALTOR in late 2019 as I truly fell in love with the buying process which was made easy and comforting thanks to the team I am now proud to be part of.

These same buildings were exchanging hands at $40-$50k a door.Anyways, back to this building.I ended up going into contract on this building in late December of 2019.

I think now is a very good time for all landlords to be thinking about this and coming up with contingency plans for late rent payments if they have not done so already.

A little late to posting, I’m not new to BP I’ve been here about 4 years but I recently became a RE Agent in November so there’s a whole other community to connect with now!

The only adjustment we are making is waiving late fees for tenants who have always been on time with their payments and are in a crash crunch.
