go to any realtor and they have access to a list of what sold, what is on the market and the key stat I can not get on my own, how long each property and each rental is on the market.that is why I am an investor but I use a realtor.what city and state is the property?

I found a guy (investor/builder) who will do the following:

You pick any deals that you want to invest in. As many as your credit will allow. He would get them ALL rented out for you, but you may choose when to sell...

I'm guessing that education will be the key.

The key is not how old you are or how many kids you have.

The same reason Biggerpockets.com is a good place to join.Knowledge is key to this game.

Granted, this discussion board has no sub2 forum, but if you go to some of the other discussion boards, you will see a lot of info on it.

I do get lot's of email's from this board with people trying to do buisness with me.

Most people get worried about the closing just because they don't understand how it works, but it really is a simple process.The key is to find a title company or closing attorney that is investor friendly.
