I can do indoor and outdoor video, landscape, aerial for property, and even some investigation work depending on the situation.

I check all new properties to the market on Redfin, and if I find one that warrants further investigation, I then look it up on the MLS.

When researching markets, I do not take the housing itself into consideration before moving forward and investigating a market.  

But, I'm not totally writing it off, but I'd investigate this more, explanations from the employor, what ties did you have in the community where you purchased the house (?)

A lot of you analysis comes from the backstory regarding the property (and Joel offered a few great examples) and as an investor you have to be able to investigate that for yourself.

Of course, with some investigating from the bank, they could find out that the original owner of the LLC has changed and then have the right of the due on sale clause.
