Based on the tremendously positive feedback that the Cleveland Price & Neighborhood Map has gotten from clients and users on BiggerPockets, we've decided to put more effort into making it an interactive map that can be zoomed to street level through the Google maps platform.

Not intuitive in how to connect the next tenant to the apartment without impacting the current tenant file. 2- tenant screening can’t be done without the legwork of setting up the tenant, connecting to apt, then request the screening.

I would love to be able to make my app a tutorial for what you just described that is interactive and helps people see how they can save and become FI. 

The tenant proposed that he will pay for the insurance deductible in order to cover the damages.My concerns are that given my previous interactions with him, he doesn't fulfil his promises and kind of hinted in an indirect way that i can just keep his deposit.

Sometimes you even decide that those features make for a better product.Many times through the history of BiggerPockets, we've launched features that we've ultimately killed off and today marks the day we do it once again.We launched a live chat feature on the site thinking that it would improve the interactivity of BP.  

With the price-per-interaction jumping all over the place, it's no longer apples to apples comparison when it comes to click-to-conversion ratio - you have to look at the cost per conversion. 

As it stands, I have a couple who are interested and have filled out the application and completed background/credit/eviction checks but there are a number of things that have triggered red flags for me, whether it's out of ignorance of intuition. 

The atmosphere is relaxed, casual, and interactive.

For as I stated in the very 1st line of the message I'm very new and still figuring out just how the whole posting, and/or messaging part works, seeing as how BP offers or gives you no interaction with their staff to fill you in on the basics, which I originally requested and asked them about doing, with their reply being to just throw me into the Forum and either ask the Members there, or figure it out for myself.
