That's astonishing given the fact that it's saving us about $2,500/year in electric costs and will be paying out SREC credits for another 8 years, but the appraisers have said "show me a study that says that buyers will pay more".Back to your sale - inventory in the Boston area and all of eastern Mass is still incredibly low.

Also it’s is incredibly important to know how much you have to invest, which you can calculate out to see what you can afford so you’re are not wasting time looking at properties that may be too expensive.

With the interest rates still being incredibly low based on historical standards, I always recommend that people borrow as much as possible as long as you're going to use that extra cash on hand to invest elsewhere.
