While it may help track exactly how much of my reserves is attached to each property, I can imagine that when it comes to financing, it would be a nightmare--you'd be handing over mountains of statements anytime you wanted to purchase, refi, take out any kind of loan, etc.Cleveland is certainly growing, but I think most assets are overpriced, and it's flooded with investors.
