The house is in a low-end neighborhood and will go cheap - under $10K.I have a hot seller and a hot buyer (if the price is right).What I don't want to do is spend so much money on title searches, closing costs and delinquent taxes that the deal doesn't work for anybody.Is there any possible way to get through this dirt cheap??
