Hi Lauren, there are a lot of us hanging around the BP forums. 

You need a solid substrate to hang it from - I think the instructions recommended 1/2" OSB or thicker, so forget about just using it straight to studs.Having used it once I wouldn't go that route again.

If you are looking to be more passive in comparison to your marketing gig, thats not the answer.3) Most larger brokerages (at least the KW offices in town) will not allow you to wholesale so you have to hang your license at a smaller brokerage.

In most States a PM is required to be a licensed Broker or hang their license with a Broker in order to operate a PM company.

In my area of CA, there are guys hanging out in front of Home Depot waiting for work. 

Ex) best craftsman I’ve ever met charges $75 to hang a door and it’s perfect and takes him about 15 minutes.

They don't really hang out on BP.

If this guy has any brains, he would just hang a lock-box somewhere and avoid the whole scene....but maybe he is not so smart, just feels entitled.....?

Just to be clear though if you are looking to get paid commission on the transaction or any future transactions you would need to hang your license under a broker.
