San Jose is a different beast for investing, and I feel my time will be better focused in easier areas that will generate positive cash flow.So it would be great to hear general stories of how you built your team, but the icing on the cake for me will be to hear about people who started with similar goals.Also, I realize each person on the team is important, but who do you consider most critical in getting your deals done?

Then again as investors we try to delegate what we can to focus on what we most importantly need to handle (the A&D) so maybe this degree has limited use as well.The finance degree can be finished the earliest, the real estate degree will require the most amount of time (that one is not even at my school so it'll require a significant change of plans)What do you guys think is the best option?

I've been reading a lot about REI on another pretty good web site and thought I'd branch out and see what other sites are out there that get a pretty good audience.I've purchased two courses regarding REI over the last year, one focusing on Wholesaling and the other on how to do short sales.
