You can use it to exchange a property you’ve fully depreciated.You can use a paid off property as a downpayment towards a large property.You can use it when you start to approach your last of 10 golden ticket loans to consolidate the number of loans you have. 

If you visit the property and write an offer without an inspection contingency, does this mean you're rolling the dice on the big ticket issues above?  

Depending on layout, we wanted out before first child was born, because we were upstairs with almost no storage near front door, so would have had to drag a stroller up a flight of stairs multiple times per day.

This town is also located only 40 minutes away from the 2nd largest city in Panama, David, which by the way has an international airport that is expected to receive flights from the US within the next year!
