If an end user just put in the listing that lease expires on XX.Talk to tenant and see if he is OK with some limited showings with advance notice and if he will keep place in condition needed to show property.I would consider offering him a cash payment if house sells for top dollar.

So I closed on on the property last Friday and discovered in my closing  disclosure I was going  to PAY for Title Insurance,  Settlement fee, title search fees and lean search fee which racked up about another 1k on top of my 15k of commissions. when I questioned why I was paying this my realtor said it that is this was normal practice for the seller to pay this??

Your lender behind your 203k loan is likely going to require a licensed and insured contractor to complete any of the work subject to repair in your appraisal report and any the repairs that you want to finance.Any renovations on top and outside of that will be under your control.

If I’m the seller and I’ve seen the last five years the property fmv rise consistently then I’m going to “speculate “ and set my price higher for top dollar as opposed to a quick sale.
