Only think I can think is that it’s tougher to find fully furnished long term rentals through the normal long term rental channels.

I would suggest adding in some extra bracing, especially for the sink cabinet.Lowe’s has some nice looking Shaker cabinetry, and if you find that 20% off coupon it works even better.If I remember correctly all these cabinets only costs me $500. 

You should be able to use bigger pockets "Find an Agent" tool.

They pretty much just say we need to find someone.
