@Dimple Khurana there are also other factors outside of liens that could be problematic if you're bidding sight unseen such as a leaking oil tank, foundation issues, etc

Sites like BP, Zillow and the linke actually increased in numbers.The odd thing is that afternoon MOZ updated it's thing, I actually increased both my PA and DA, but that evening (just a few hours later) my PA dropped 10 friggin points... my DA remained "the same".

We considered "shopping" out tax prep the last two years, but they send us a form with our last years info and a link to upload all our docs and we just upload it all and say thank you when it comes down to T-day.
