The goal here is to make sure you have resources in place so that you do not have to sell your properties at fire sale rates just to put food on the table for your family.

I have the costs of renting a separate room and having good food and better transport to work which is are a bit higher than those who skimp on these.

We have many clients with deep pockets and large incomes that prefer to build a large real estate portfolio with our turnkey properties primarily because they don't have any "extra" time to get involved actively in real estate investing.Other factors to consider are your knowledge, contacts, capital, and other resources that may be necessary to do it on your own.

But if you want  clients to start hmm registering, applying for something or doing business with the website that would not do and probably will be some extra services at a cost from them.  

One thing that arises with a reverse exchange that does not occur in a normal exchange is that there are two transfers of title (normal exchange only has one) - so there will be an extra amount to be paid for transfer tax with that second transfer. 

Another way to sell it to him is making him aware that he can be like the guy at the top of the money food chain - a bank - loan out money and collect interest.

There is an extra twist on this.  

There is a driveway for 2 cars so there is currently off street parking.Should I take the extra time and money to build the garage or just do the quick reno and move on? 

I know I will pay more in interest but with the extra cash every month I'm hoping to turbocharge my REI.

There is also commission splits and extra office fees that I would be subject to if we have to run everything thru her office.
