Where can I find information about upcoming networking events?

Hi GuysI just went to Fortune Builders 3 Day event.

I get it, as a Certified Financial Planner and a tax advisor I've seen posts that have made me cringe.

Beyond the Monthly Management, Placement & Maintenance fees, all other fees in our contract are IF EVENT -> THEN fees.

I don't mind taking over the loan, but I would prefer to keep the loan amount relatively the same in the event any challenges      were to come up with my first investment as I am just starting this journey.

Start growing your network, look on Facebook/BiggerPockets for different events, find a mentor doing what you want to do, and get to know the local lenders/brokers.

Do those evenings or weekends.You can do all these events at their offices or sometimes at educational events at the association of realtors.

Planners used to lead with Social Security (SS), but the confusing rules that allowed huge benefits are now gone, so the concentration seems to be safe money, various annuities, etc.
