It's the other guy that would have to wait for your off time to happen (and you always know well in advance when this will happen) in order for them to get their REI rehab done.Since your off time is always going to be a consecutive 2 weeks, you know well in advance when this will occur so you can schedule for it.

It wouldn't be fair to compare this new pandemic / AirBNB matter to what happened to WeWork IPO but investors will look harder into numbers and  scenarios that can occur down the road..

But most importantly, make sure your net will be positive if the worst decline you can anticipate occurs. 

Most likely, as during the Great Recession, defaults will occur in higher numbers.

Remember you are doomed to repeat your mistakes unless you journal and remember what personality issues and events caused what.
