Well the reason why I haven't been able to invest is that I want to establish income first.

I videotape cabinet doors/drawers opening and closing, toilet flushing, faucets on and off, light switch on/off, doors opening/closing, walls, ceiling, light fixtures, flooring, exteriors, front/back yards, front door, garage, Tenant's automobile(s) including license plates, etc.

What is helpful about getting a license are the classes -- they teach you basics and the law.

But that really is not the only issue, but moving on....if you're making the payment and the loan is current, it's highly unlikely a lender is going to say move out and give us the property, especially right now.Long story short, notice to the lender is important as it establishes acceptance of the transaction over time.

Definitely goto IFREC, I got my license through them also and they have good teachers.

I work as a Bicycle Mechanic full time, I am in college at Ferris State University with a double major, Mechanical Engineering Technology and Business Administration, and am also working on a real estate certificate from the university and at the end of attaining that also getting a brokers license.

I did remodeling up north and find the licensing thing here in FL to be extreem.

My suspicion is that it may be an artifact of the well-established corporate case law for series LLCs there.
