@Chris Pasternak LOL I would say more people are promoting Pueblo in this thread than the contrary, I really don't see any bashing here...It's all about sharing thoughts to gain perspective.

Looking to use the BRRR method. the area seems to be cheaper and less volatile which makes it enticing for a first time investor.

I've never been to one of these events so I can't speak to the quality of them but I've seen them promoted in bigger pockets forums which is how I found out about it.

BP considers me posting it myself, as being a promotion... so I'd appreciate you posting it (only if you feel it is of value to the BP community....)!

Utilities, insurance, property tax and promotional items needed for the short-term tenants, etc, are EXPENSES.
