I've lurked in the forum for a while and I really enjoy his insights.

I enjoy an upper middle class income and all the perks that come along with it.

I'll echo @Marlen Weber in that I'd definitely enjoy seeing the before and after photos.

Derek and I were able to meet this week, and I truly enjoyed comparing notes on properties we both have looked at, as well as discovering other mutual interest and connections.I would like to see a meeting where we can invite vendors who are are already supporting our local RE group (lenders, insurance etc.).

However, if you enjoy sales, love working with people, and have a passion for analyzing deals religiously, then maybe it's appropriate to leap into wholesaling.

That's why so many of us want to achieve financial freedom, and real estate is one of the best vehicles.The book has also helped me understand my relationship with money, and how to enjoy it more, and to view it as a tool.

Is there any books on sales anyone  enjoyed or thought was practical related to wholesaling?
