Obrien Law Firm here in Charlotte NC insulted my client verbally over the phone, FAILED to send title work after being requested 2 times, would not respond to emails or phone calls and did NOT represent their buyer client at all in a recent transaction.

Just because the wife is listed as the manager of the LLC does not mean you bought from the wife -- you still bought from the LLC and the guy most-likely is part of the LLC.The title company should have reviewed the LLC documents to make sure the person signing the deed was authorized to do so, so there is nothing illegal in a person authorized to represent an LLC doing this even if someone else is listed in the corporate documents as the "main" person.

(it's a detached dbl..insurance wants to write 2 different policies bank wants one policy for both props since its one morg. ) So I tell the realtor I'll send over a state contract with an owner finance offer....she says just email me what you want and i'll run it by the owners before we do a formal offer.

Also, wanted to clarify when he says to be removed from the joint credit cards -- make sure your FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY is removed, not just your name, and get written documentation of that fact.
