I was at a note convention in June, and my friends in the industry (who also lost money with Scott) said they knew somebody who just invested with him the prior month.Of course, I can't be sure, but I think the Scott Carson machine is still successfully collecting money. 

I LOVE making new friends and collaborations!

Anyway, we became great friends as its hard to find people that do class C mulitfamily and can relate. 

Currently looking for good title companies/closing attorneys that are investor friendly in the So Flo area.Let me know if anyone can make any recommendations.Thanks!

I live in CT about 1.5 hours away and we have friends who live there.

I have a couple of leads from friends and family, and needing to find phone numbers of the owners listed on the deeds.

He has plenty of friends that I may be able to tap into. ;) I am also looking to meet people who are landlords or are already in the apartment, and multifamily side of things.

It's 100% normal for an REI friendly lender to be able to say "yes" when a more traditional lender says "no."

I have friends living in 4-plexes here in Dallas that were once single family homes.
