Fees are different and They may offer even better perks than Free Continuing Ed and Offer Certain Designations free which is what I get with Champion Realty.

Peter,Unless things have changed you cannot flip a 203k loan it is designed for the person moving in to purchase and rehabThere may be a year before it can be sold I would check that out
