I would like to develop a design I can use from project to project.

I am new to this site, as well.... and I must say that it is truly design for our needs .

Peter,Unless things have changed you cannot flip a 203k loan it is designed for the person moving in to purchase and rehabThere may be a year before it can be sold I would check that out
