You pay more interest but the process is smoother .

I'm not saying expect to leave 100k in but I think a lot of people are dishonest when it comes to how much they leave in, to make their process seem superior. 

Hey All,I have reached to my accountant about this but thought I would ask  here to see if anyone has done something similar.An LLC of which I am the manager, and my SDIRA is the only member, is in the process of acquiring a property subject-to.

I was wondering about the process down there in ClayCo.

Having the ability to design and engineer solutions on the spot while knowing every intricate detail of a home allows me to ensure a quality of construction that can't be as easily met any other way.

Contractor buddy would be spending time fixing up the house in many cases himself instead of using a crew, how do you account for that vs effort which I will put on design, managing project, purchasing materials, brining in the capital etc.

I'm in the process of reaching out to the city admin who handles this area to see if I could either be (a) reimbursed or (b) have registration waived for the next handful of years.

The Federal Tax Lien can be released prior to or concurrent with the closing, but there is a process that must occur first.  

I have dealt with many AC companies in SA over the years and while some are good, I still haven't found one that makes me want to continue using them because they actually provide HONEST service that brings value to the process.

I am looking to work under a CPA to learn what they do in the real estate investing process.
