Self manage from 2300 miles away is a challenge but it's not so bad if you look at what it costs you to hire a PM(on average 12-14% of gross rents) with our numbers it's thousands a month in fees.

I would not say "wouldn't"  give, I would just say its going to be a little more challenging.
