I had it camera'ed more than once (I did it this summer as well when I was doing due diligence that's how I knew the existing depths will make it hard for the detached garage ADU to tie in to the main line).

They require a lot of capitol as well as cooperation from the local city and/or county. 

WE moved to furnished Mid term and that has worked out well.
