Remember to get proof of Liability, Auto, & Workers Comp. coverage from all contractors before they go on site.

The reason why it is getting harder to find companies that can do this is that any crew that needs to use a ladder over 40 feet I guess has to have that coverage in their insurance contract.

An LLC that meets the definition of Insured as described in the policy is in fact an insured so the conveyance into an LLC does not necessarily result in a loss of coverage.

It's key to do this safely, with good debt service coverage ratios and cashflow.
