Lots of things come up.I did some bailing out in a buddy's sinking ship recently.Told him upfront he did't have enough cash or credit for the unexpected.I know very little about REI ,but I graduated from "Murphy's Law School" and found it's always best to remove the rose colored glasses.

When you achieve income, you can then pay yourself from the S-Corp using the 1:2 salary / dividend split to minimize your self-employment tax liability while still showing an income to prospective lenders for personal credit.Hope this helps ......and, for what it's worth, my investing group's tax and legal expert's law firm has an entire department with a sign on their wall which reads, "We Fix LegalZoom Entities".

if so you are protected assuming the seller agrees to make needed repairs when they are brought to their attention, and done so withing the timeframes laid out. the FHA Appraiser will provide the needed repairs, NOT a home inspector, but you can circumvent some issues, by covering the basics, like no holes in any wall, ceiling, or flooring larger than a quarter, no broken windows, no peeling paint, a minimum of 5 years life left on the roof, all utilities on ect. if the issues do exist, a FHA 203K loan may be the proper way to go.
